不帶海綿合乎規定

A side of the blade used for striking the ball shall be covered
with either ordinary pimpled rubber, with pimples outwards
having a total thickness including adhesive of not more than 2
mm, or sandwich rubber, with pimples inwards or outwards,
having a total thickness including adhesive of not more than 4
mm.

覆蓋球拍的合法覆蓋物有兩種 - ordinary pimpled rubber 與 sandwich rubber

Sandwich rubber is a single layer of cellular rubber (Cellular rubber” (The Law 2.4.3.2) is also called sponge.)
covered with a single outer layer of ordinary pimpled rubber,
the thickness of the pimpled rubber not being more than 2
mm.

sandwich rubber - 海綿被低於或等於 2mm 的ordinary pimpled rubber 覆蓋

Ordinary pimpled rubber is a single layer of non-cellular
rubber, natural or synthetic, with pimples evenly distributed
over its surface at a density of not less than 10 per sq. cm and
not more than 30 per sq. cm.

ordinary pimpled rubber - 只是一層顆粒膠皮, 沒有海綿

長膠有注册及長膠與膠水層的總厚度沒有超過 2.0 mm 即可比賽.

Why not?

一直都可以。。。

而且不仅是不带海绵的长胶可以。。。。
